What an unbelievable 2 weeks it was! Students accompained by 2 teachers completed a study tour of China. Our first few days were spent in Beijing, visiting a number of important landmarks such as the Forbidden City, Summer Palace and The Great Wall of China.

Burwood East Primary School Active Travel Routes have been specifically planned with parents, teachers and representatives from Monash Council, to be safe assessible routes for students to walk to and from school.
Our school fully supports the SunSmart program and now that we are moving into the warmer weather, students need to wear their broad brimmed hats when they are in the yard at recess and lunchtime and also when they are participating in sport or Physical Education classes. There are shady areas where students will need to remain if they forget to bring their hat.
